Same Day Shipping
ISG will ship orders placed by 3:00 p.m. your local Distribution Center time the same day in the continental U.S.A. (excluding common carrier shipments), subject to
credit approval. Orders that include disposable incontinence products, solutions, nutritional supplements, oversized items, gloves, catalog and backordered
shipments will be subject to additional freight charge.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, ISG provides FedEx Standard Priority Overnight or Second Day Delivery for orders received by 5 p.m. your local Distribution Center time, subject to credit approval. FedEx expedited shipping charges and a handling fee will apply.
| Common Carrier |
We do our best to save you money by selecting the
most cost-effective method of shipping. Orders
requiring common carrier shipment (large quantity
orders, incontinence, nutritional supplements and
durable medical equipment) should be placed before
noon your local time for same day shipment. Upon
arrival, common carrier orders must be inspected and
signed for.

Orders drop-shipped from manufacturers may include a freight and/or handling fee. |
| C.O.D. Fees |
C.O.D. fees apply to all C.O.D. orders. C.O.D. fees are
non-exempt from free freight programs. Common
carrier C.O.D. fees are assessed on the total order
value and may vary depending on our service
agreements with our carriers.
